Orana Mall Win Free Fuel Promotion

  1. The Orana Mall Win Free Fuel Promotion commences at 9:00am on Monday 1 June 2026 and concludes at 5:00pm on Monday 29 June 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
  2. The Promotion is promoted by HA Bachrach Nom Pty Ltd trading as Orana Mall, ABN 87 734 515 501, located at Corner Wheelers Lane & Mitchell Hwy, Dubbo NSW 2830 (“Promoter”), consistent with Orana Mall’s existing promotional terms.
  3. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

How to Enter 

To enter the Promotion, entrants must, during the Promotion Period: 

  1. Spend $50 or more in a single transaction at a participating Orana Mall retailer. 
  2. Receive an entry form from the participating retailer at the time of the eligible purchase.  
  3. Submit the completed entry form in the promotion barrel located outside Big W at Orana Mall to enter the prize draw. 

Promotional Details

  1. The prize is eight (8) x $250 fuel vouchers. 
  2. The total prize value is $2,000. 
  3. The prize is not transferable, refundable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.  
  4. The prize must be taken as offered and may be subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the issuer of the fuel voucher. 
  5. If the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any relevant statutory requirements.  

Conditions of Entry 

  1. Entrants must be permanent residents of Australia.  
  2. Entrants must make eligible purchases during the Promotion Period only.  
  3. Each eligible purchase must be $50 or more in a single transaction at a participating retailer. One qualifying transaction equals one entry form.  
  4. Purchases must be made at participating stores at Orana Mall only. 
  5. Entrants must receive an entry form from the participating retailer at the time of the eligible purchase and submit the completed entry form in the promotion barrel located outside Big W at Orana Mall. 
  6. The Promoter may request proof of purchase to validate any entry, and entrants must retain their original receipt. 
  7. Lost, stolen, damaged, incomplete or illegible entry forms may be deemed invalid. 
  8. Entries received after the Promotion Period will not be accepted.  
  9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, incorrect or fraudulent entries.  
  10. Staff of the Promoter, participating retailers, tenants of Orana Mall and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

Draw and Winner Notification 

Two weekly winners will be drawn at 10:00am on: 

  1. Tuesday 9 June 2026 (due to the King’s Birthday public holiday on Monday 8 June 2026) 
  2. Monday 15 June 2026 
  3. Monday 22 June 2026 
  4. Monday 29 June 2026 
  5. at the Orana Mall Centre Management Office, Corner Wheelers Lane & Mitchell Hwy, Dubbo NSW 2830. 
  6. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the relevant weekly entry period during the Promotion Period. 
  7. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 2 business days of the draw. 
  8. The winners’ names may be published on Orana Mall’s website and/or social media channels. 
  9. If a winner cannot be contacted, is unable to accept the prize, or is deemed ineligible, the Promoter may conduct a redraw, subject to any relevant regulatory requirements. 

General Terms and Conditions 

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including proof of identity, proof of purchase and eligibility to enter.  
  2. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, tampers with the entry process, or engages in conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.  
  3. Entries that are forged, copied, altered, incomplete, illegible or tampered with in any way may be deemed invalid.  
  4. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.  
  5. By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for the purpose of administering the Promotion and, where consent is provided, for future promotional and marketing communications.  
  6. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Orana Mall Privacy Policy, available at www.oranamall.com.au. 
  7. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity relating to the Promotion, including photography and publicity, without additional payment or compensation.  
  8. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.  
  9. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical failures, errors, omissions, delays or circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may affect participation in the Promotion.  
  10. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion if circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control, subject to any relevant regulatory approvals.  
  11. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated.
