Exciting changes ahead: ALDI to Open at Orana Mall, Bringing New Opportunities to the Region.
Orana Mall is thrilled to announce the arrival of ALDI, one of Australia’s most popular retailers, as part of a broader redevelopment designed to enhance the shopping experience for the Dubbo community and surrounding region.
The introduction of ALDI to Orana Mall represents a significant investment in the future of the Centre and is set to deliver greater variety, value and convenience for local shoppers. Known for its high-quality products at affordable prices, ALDI will complement the existing retail mix and offer more choice for families and individuals alike.
With the redevelopment basically now confirmed, Orana Mall is actively focused on filling key vacancies within the Centre. The new leasing opportunities present an exciting chance for national brands and local businesses to be part of the next chapter of the Centre’s evolution. Interest is already building as retailers recognise the value of positioning alongside a revitalised tenancy mix and high-performing majors.

Several well-established retailers will be relocating to new and upgraded spaces within the mall to accommodate the changes, allowing for an improved layout and customer flow. The Reject Shop is relocating to a new location within the mall. These changes form part of the Centre’s long-term strategy to enhance the shopping experience and ensure that all essential retail needs – from fashion and groceries to health, home and lifestyle – are available in one convenient location.
