|WE ARE OPEN FOR YOU|
AN IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS
The New South Wales Government have announced that to protect the people of NSW from the evolving COVID-19 outbreak, new restrictions will be introduced for all of regional and rural NSW until at least 11:59 Friday 10 September 2021.
As such Stay At Home rules apply if you live in, usually work in, or usually attend a university or other tertiary education facility in the local government area.
This means that essential businesses in the Dubbo region can remain open. Orana Mall will therefore provide the following services to our customers: -
Non-essential retail will temporarily close with some offering Click & Collect. Beauty and personal services including nail salons, spa and massage parlours, hairdressers and barbers will also close.
We remind customers that it is still a requirement to wear a mask and sign in via the Service NSW app when visiting our centre and we ask you to be kind and patient with our centre staff.

KEEPING YOU SAFE
Orana Mall’s commitment to the health and wellbeing of our customers, staff and retailers is our primary priority and we always strive to provide the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene across the centre. Due to the current Covid-19 situation in the region Orana Mall has decided to take a proactive approach and will undergo a precautionary deep clean tonight Wednesday 11 August 2021.
The centre has also increased its stringent cleaning routines including even more focus on all touch points throughout the centre and will continue this on an ongoing basis.
We remind customers that while our team focuses on protecting the safety and wellbeing of our community, we need you to play your part as well. Let’s work together to ensure we help stop the spread and consider shopping outside of peak hours, practice safe social distancing, wear a face mask and use the Service NSW QR Codes to sign in during your visit to the centre and our essential service retailers. It is also important that we all maintain a high level of personal hygiene and we encourage customers to take advantage of the hand sanitation stations located throughout the centre.
Most importantly if you have visited an exposure site or are feeling unwell then please stay home.
We are all in this together.
