WE ARE OPEN FOR YOU
NEW NSW GOVERNMENT RESTRICTIONS COMMENCING FRIDAY 24 DECEMBER 2021
Below is an outline of the information made available from the NSW Government and NSW Health in relation to changes that will come into effect from Friday 24 December 2021 in NSW.
Please be aware that these regulations have been mandated by the NSW Government and not by our management or retail store staff. We therefore ask you to respect our retail store staff and refrain from taking your frustration out on them.
We remind you that we are all in this together and we thank you in advance for your co-operation as we all navigate these unprecedented times. If you have any questions, we suggest you refer to www.nsw.gov.au
Orana Mall is working tirelessly to keep up to date with the changing situation and Government restrictions and will continue to respond to the changing situation. It is our goal to continue to support our community with products and services in these unprecedented times.
We remind customers that it is recommended to wear a mask when you are unable to socially distance as this will assist in keeping our community safe.
We also remind the community to follow the NSW Health Orders. If you have any Covid-19 symptoms no matter how mild, you must get tested and stay home.
KEEPING YOU SAFE
Our commitment to the health and wellbeing of our customers, staff and retailers is our primary priority, so we will continue to implement and maintain a number of precautionary measures to help keep our customers and community safe including:
While our team focuses on protecting the safety and wellbeing of our community, we need you to play your part as well.
Let’s work together to ensure we each practise safe social distancing during your visit to the Centre and keep a minimum of 1.5 metres between yourself and others at all times.
It is also important that we all maintain a high level of personal hygiene, and we encourage our customers to take advantage of the hand sanitisation stations located throughout the Centre.
Please also wash your hands regularly, cover your coughs or sneezes with your elbow and don’t gather in groups and we suggest you wear a mask if you are unable to socially distance.
Most importantly if you are at high risk or feeling unwell at all we strongly recommend you stay home.
